At McRabbit, our standard Returns Policy is that items purchased via our website must be returned within 3 days of receipt of the items, except for those bought on sale which cannot be returned.
International orders (items bought outside United Kingdom) cannot be returned.
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in perfect condition i.e., not worn or used, not washed, with its inside and outside labels still attached, with its original packaging and with its corresponding order summary and purchase receipt (packing slip). Please note that underwear bottoms such as the Men's Boxer briefs and Female Briefs cannot be returned once purchased.
Returns are free, however, this does not apply to situations where a customer opts for a delivery method not offered in our return conditions. We consider that it is such customer’s responsibility and the customer must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss.
We reserve the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, or if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Underwear bottoms such as Men's Boxer-briefs and the Women's Briefs cannot be returned once purchased.
We urge you to carefully go through our Size Charts in order to make an informed decision as to the products that are best suited for you and to avoid the rejection of return requests related to sizing concerns.
If you have purchased items with a gift coupon/voucher (virtual), a refund will be credited to the same card. At the time of making the refund, if you no longer have the card with which you have paid, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:
If an item is returned unused, in its original packaging and accompanied with a valid proof of purchase, we will offer an exchange or a full refund to you.
With respect to an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also let you know if a refund has been approved or not. If approved, a refund will be made to you within a maximum of seven days of receipt of a returned item. This will be done using the same method with which you originally paid for the item. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
