1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery services to all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory within Nigeria.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order is processed.

3. Delivery Timeframes & Rates

Orders within Lagos will be delivered within 24–48 hours. Orders outside Lagos will be delivered within 5 working days. Delivery Rate will be calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your exact location and external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number and link via email or SMS so you can follow your order until delivery.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related issues, our delivery team will attempt contact. If unresolved, your package may be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

At McRabbit, our standard Returns Policy is that items purchased via our website must be returned within 3 days of receipt of the items, except for those bought on sale which cannot be returned.

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in perfect condition i.e., not worn or used, not washed, with its inside and outside labels still attached, with its original packaging, and with its corresponding order summary and purchase receipt (packing slip). Please note that underwear bottoms such as Men's boxer-briefs & Women's briefs cannot be returned once purchased.
